  Online it says the hot sign hours are 5-7. Showed up at 6:05 and it’s not on. Oh well, I still figured I’d get some since I’m over an hour away from any Krispy Kreme and really wanted some donuts. I’m a member and get the coupons via email because I LOVE KRISPY KREME. Get to the speaker and they’re out of original glazed which are the only ones I like. The people I’m with decide to order a dozen each and I have a coupon for 2 for $22 and ask if I can use it even though one is supposed to be original glazed but it’s not my fault they’re out. The worker comes back and lets us know that her manager says we cannot use it. So not only do they not have hot donuts when it’s supposed to be their hot sign hours, but they don’t have original donuts at all and then punish their customers for it. Terrible way to run a business.

  You REALLY NEED TO FIX YOUR WEBSITE HOURS ITS Confusing when it says you close at 11 PM and you arrive and on your window it says 10 PM!!!

  I went by the drive thru and ordered two of the cinnamon sugar cake Doughnuts…. And this is what I got . It’s very upsetting that they would think it’s acceptable to charge of for this mess !!!

  Arrived at the Dalton, GA Krispy Kreme at 10:13 PM on Saturday. Google said they were open until 11, and after no one responded at the drive-thru, I called the store. The recording told me to check the corporate website for updated hours—which also said they were open until 11. However, the store was clearly already closed. Lights were off, the drive-thru window was blocked, and employees were inside but not serving customers. Very frustrating to drive across town based on multiple sources (including their own system) just to find they closed early. I hope this location can ensure their hours are accurate and consistent across all platforms, and that management as well as corporate addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to other customers.
