  I love Jefferson's wings, crave them? ask me where I want to get wings from and it will be Jefferson's everytime. But unfortunately tonight I ordered online got them home and they were so over cooked and tough it was hard to eat them.

  To begin with, I have never really had a high opinion of this place as there is nothing really special about it to me. I have a number of friends that occasionally like to come here however, so I just kinda go along to be social. Anyway had the chili mac for lunch and I immediately noticed the food was not hot enough to my satisfaction. Didn't want to get into an ordeal so I just decided to muscle through it. Every bite I took was colder than the last and finally decided to stop eating with well over half the portion left. I told a woman l took as a manager the food was cold, not requesting any additional action to be taken, as I had just decided to write it off. Moments later, the server returned and told me I would be receiving a partial discount because the manager said the food wasn't actually cold. The real issue I have here is her opinion was niether invited nor relevant to the fact my food was cold. I hope this post helps her to understand this and to keep the heat turned up on their chili mac. And, I'm almost positive the insignificant discount they mentioned I would recieve was not even process on my bill...or, if it was, the food was WAY over priced.

  I had such a great experience at Jefferson’s in Dalton, GA, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amoreesse. From the moment we were seated, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Amoreesse has that rare ability to balance professionalism with genuine friendliness. They stayed on top of everything—our drinks were always refilled, food came out smoothly, and they checked in just the right amount without ever being overbearing. You can tell they really care about giving customers a great experience. What stood out most was their positive attitude. Even when things got busy, Amoreesse stayed upbeat, patient, and kind. It made the whole meal more enjoyable and stress-free. It’s not just about good food at Jefferson’s—it’s about great service too, and Amoreesse is a perfect example of that. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time!
