  Food was fine. Right after we ordered, the cashier left the register immediately like she was on a mission.. to go sit at a table for 5 minutes on her phone. We wanted mayo and ketchup, and the ketchup dispenser wasn't working or was out. And of course the cashier wasn't at her register to help us. The freestyle coke machine was out of most flavors, and we came in the early afternoon. The cooks and manager in the back were acting very unprofessional, talking and cracking up while the front was basically unsupervised. Come here for good food if you can handle some unprofessionalism and uncaring workers. Also, our order was in my boyfriends name, Ty, and she said "T-Y" spelling it out aloud, like she didn't have common sense.

  I just went through the Wendy’s drive thru just 30 minutes ago and I had the worst experience. I get to where you order and I tell them “could I get a biscuit and gravy combo” and I go to the second window to pay for my order and they hand me the wrong thing. So I let them know that I ordered something else and the girl that took my order got it completely wrong. She came to the second window throwing her hands up at me saying “you didn’t order that” and was getting real rude with me, so she then proceeds to walk away from the window in the middle of me talking. A second woman comes up to the window and tells me I’m gonna have to pay the difference and I told her that was fine. So she basically hands me the gravy and biscuit for free and as I was still talking she walks away from the window while I’m trying to tell her about how rude the lady that took my order was. I don’t appreciate the service I got here this morning. I order here every morning for breakfast and usually the same thing and never had a problem here before.

  Went thru drive thru and got a spicy chicken sandwich. Got home and itwas hard as a rock. Look like it had been under the heat lamp all day.

  This one on the by pass in dalton georgia sucks and I like Wendy's to and it sucks that this is sucky need to do a better job Wendy's so I will be telling everyone to go to Arby's if u work on the by pass on dalton georgia dont go to the Wendy's they suck
