Something about the remodel made everything amazing. I've been going back at least 3 times a week since the reopening and it's been nothing but excellent. The employees are kind, the orders have been mostly correct (sometimes they get busy, which I completely understand) and the food. Oh goodness the food. This has got to be the best tasting Taco Bell I've ever had in my life. It's ALWAYS fresh, hot, and tastes like an upgraded Taco Bell to the ones I'm used to. As long as it stays this way, they'll be the best Taco Bell in the area.

I have been going to this location for over a year now (since way before the remodeling) and never had a problem with the app, the service, or the food in the entire time I've been going. I also don't ever like leaving poor reviews on a place especially over one bad experience, but today I'm hoping this can at least get taken care of by a manager if this is seen. December 22 2025 (night shift crew) - when I pulled in, I had already ordered on the app. They said my order wasn't on there, so I looked and somehow the order was canceled without my knowledge (no big deal, could just be an app issue) so, like a normal person, I put in a new order so I can at least still get my food. I ask if I can just pull up so the person behind me can order while I wait for my app order to go through since it takes a second, and I'm told I'm not allowed to move until the order goes through. Once again, it cancels despite not telling me it canceled (the app said it went through but when I checked the "my orders" tab, it said canceled despite not giving me an email, a notification, or any sort of heads up, but again, just an app issue). So, at this point, I'm about to give up when she says to just give her my order and use my app code to get my discount. I put in the order thinking "well at least I can eat" only to end up paying more than it was on the app ($20.37 where it was less than $19 on the app, not much, but annoying anyway) and at that point I'm thinking, again, not a big deal. I'd usually just deal with it, not care, and move on happy with my food. She almost didn't give me one of my drinks (had to ask for it) but it went smoothly from there... until I looked at my food. Ordered extra potato and cheese on the cheesy potatoes and got less of both than I EVER got when just ordering them normally, my quesadilla was cut into two larger pieces, one small piece, and one piece about a centimeter across (I know it can't be perfect, but come on, that's just lazy), all of the food except the quesadilla was about room temp despite supposedly being freshly made, and to top it off the quesadilla was made very incorrectly— (it was the cantina one and she removed THE ONLY SAUCE that makes it a spicy cantina menu item, making it pointless to waste my money on that version) All in all, will I go back? probably. But if my app cancels on me again, I'm giving up and going to sonic down the road. They only messed up an order once, but they even went above and beyond to remember and give me the food they left out for free the next day— always remember to weigh your options, the staff here hasn't been nearly as good since the remodel.
