Any explanation is why other than they did not have it at this time. Why would you post on your menu boardthat you have something that you don’t that is kind of ridiculous.

I made an online order but was missing my drink so I waited for someone to approach the counter for assistance, another woman was waiting as well. When a worker finally came over, he helped the other woman but completely ignored me. He was working the packing line so I thought he was just busy and tried to be patient. Another woman approached the counter with an issue and the same worker came back and again only assisted her, but completely ignored me. I waited another 5 mins and he never returned to help me. It wasn't until a young lady passed by that I got my cup and then there wasn't even straws available at the machine. Sauces were also left out of my order.
