I was told there might be ice cream in the back, then rudely shut down when I asked if it could be checked. Saying “I don’t know, I’m busy” to a customer is not customer service. If interacting with customers is a burden, a customer-facing job might not be the best fit.

So it was more of a tomato mayonnaise sandwich. Then my burger I ordered was cold and undercooked. I only ate a small portion of it before I just couldn't anymore. Very disappointed in the food.
