I went with a coupon to buy a dozen of any kind and get any dozen free. The young lady simply told me to pull up but never asked me what kind of dozen I wanted. She proceeds to ring me up, after she rung me up I tell her I wanted the classic assorted for both as she never asked me what kind I wanted and she tells me I can’t do that but never looked at the coupon. And I tried to explain the coupon said I could get a free assorted and she proceeds to tell me I cannot do that. I am very upset as she never asked what kind of donuts I wanted. And didn’t give me my receipt either.

Please train your staff on the way to do things.These were supposed to be the original glazed cream filled...No cream and poor excuse for a snoopy. 25.00 to go in the garbage.
