  Every time I go there employees are not friendly at all, don’t smile, don’t greet you, not welcoming. Just last night I went to get a burrito, the same girl has done my burrito every time and she has a poor attitude, very lazy. She has no wrapping skills because when she went to wrap my burrito she stuck her whole hand in the burrito got her hands full of guac and cheese sauce and instead of getting a new pair of gloves she continued and got the outside of the burrito full of guac and cheese sauce so the burrito started slipping and she just folded it and pressed it and put in the aluminum foil and threw it in the bag, the burrito wasn’t even that big because I ordered a veggie burrito. And since I’m not getting any meat I ask for a second scoop of blk beans and she gets bothered by it and carelessly puts them on the burrito. Also the agua fresca area is very unclean full of finger prints and mold. And I also noticed how employees are in the kitchen on their cellphones just a texting and scrolling away, when cellphones shouldn’t be in the kitchen since they are full of bacteria and germs from constant use. I probably won’t be going back. Oh and the food if very artificial, the rice feel hard like pallets of plastic the blk beans are hard and under cooked the tortillas are very chewy plastic like. I don’t see this place standing for a very long time. Sorry but no thanks. I went in last night and it was 9:45pm. I even told the girl the burrito was a mess that’s she need better wrapping skills.

  I came to Chipotle to get my food and had a terrible experience. The girl who served me around 7:10 pm attended me with a very bad attitude and gave me a very small amount of food. I asked for lettuce, just a little rice, and carne asada, and she barely served anything. They also didn’t have pico de gallo. The service in Dalton is really bad, which is disappointing because I am a regular customer. In Chattanooga, the service is excellent and all the employees are friendly and helpful. Very disappointing experience.

  6:30 pm they are open until 10 out of Pico told me out of lettuce but they found some ordered carne asada told me he was out other employee told him there was enough for 1 order on i guess take out table as he left and went around the corner. Then they hand it to me to go after I told them it was for dine in. A real shame that they have no managers at night. The atmosphere was not good employees act as if you are bothering them to order. Although it seems like a smile and customer service is a thing of the past. What a shame we have been looking forward to a Chipotle here in dalton. One saving grace we can go back to dos bros and enjoy a great meal with a smile.
