As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Had to wait in a 10 minute drive-through line to place my order and another 4 minutes to get the food. Very short staffed. But, the food was made well and served by a friendly young man who apologized for the wait.

We made an order online for our office and when picking it up I gave the incorrect name which they said they didn’t have the order. I asked if I could show them the order confirmation and where it showed it was being prepared they said no I had to wait since I was on my lunch break I asked to speak to the manager. Which she repeated if they don’t have the order on the screen they can’t make it which I offered again to show her the order and said they couldn’t that they only had an order for (customer name) I said oh yes that’s me I guess they made it out in my name when the manager let the cook know he said “no mames” which is a Spanish profanity. I understand it was a mistake on my part about the name but it did not call for their disrespect. The manager stated she would speak with him still very unprofessional

Used to be the fastest place to grab a bite on lunch for those of us on a time crunch. This past year that changed drastically. An average wait time of 10-15 in a 3 car line every day I go. My food is NEVER ready and I always have to wait an additional 5-6 minutes. Kids are constantly in the kitchen goofing off also. This place used to have an awesome reputation, now I dread going there.
It took me 3 minutes to type this out, AFTER I PARKED and my food still hasn’t come out.
