  I order at least twice a week and usually hardly ever have a problem. However, today, I made my order at drive through and she kept ringing up a banana drink. I kept telling her I wanted the HAZELNUT dunkalatte and she finally got it fixed after telling me she had it as hazelnut. I told her the screen said banana. When I got my order, there was literally the thinnest film of foam on the drink, not even enough to cover the ice.

  I would leave zero stars if I could. Tell me how we can place an online order then get here and be told that Dunkin’ DONUTS has zero donuts of any kind. What? It’s one thing if you run out sure, whatever. But to allow online orders when you are completely out is not ok. Honestly it just seems like the workers did not want to work.

  it was 9pm, they close at 11pm Friday and everything was out and they wouldn't prepare anything iced either. such a disappointment.

  Called and asked if they had donuts at around 6:30 pm after doing a pick up order at the chatsworth location for a dozen donuts and they didn’t have ANY donuts. The lady who answered the phone rudely said ‘no’. Never coming back and ordering again.

  I went in to order a coffee and I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them to attend me, there were 3 people supposedly to attend and who looked at me several times that I was waiting to be attended and they did not even approach to communicate to tell me that I was going to be attended at any time since "they were busy" I had to approach and tell them that I was waiting to be attended and then one of them approached and very rude she told me are you going to ask??? He didn't even apologize, they should improve the customer service incredible that lack of education and consideration is only important the spites in the car but inside the store they don't care, specifically the one who attended me today 03/06/26 4:35 pm if I could not give him stars I wouldn't give them he has deteriorated too much the place for the attention.
