I had the Cajun Filet biscuit. It was delicious. Lyzzbeth was very kind and professional and had my order out and accurate (including the strawberry jelly!) very quickly! I will be going back!

I purchased a Cajun filet biscuit and Bo Fries. The chicken came out hot and crispy. It felt like waited no time in line, even with a busy drive thru. The biscuits were perfect hot and flaky, you can tell they are made from scratch. The best part of my experience was the buscuit-slinger in the window, I think her name was Lizbeth. She was like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day.

If you happen to pass through Dalton this BoJangles is a great spot! Had an enjoyable experience stopping for breakfast, met a wonderful employee named Lizbeth who happened to make the magic biscuits I enjoyed that morning. I will be back, well done guys!

Service was terrible. Placed my order at 9:07 received my food at 9:40. They were busy but didn't stop them from serving other guests before me. They knew I was waiting the entire time and no one offered anything to make up for the bad service.

I came to this location to pickup an online order for me and my family today. The date is: Sunday March 29th 2026. Upon arrival the first thing I notice is the lady at the register with a blank look upon her face, and mouth a gape staring off into the void. She had to be stoned. She asked me what I wanted very rudely, I told her i was picking up an online order, She sends me to the end of the line to wait on my food. My order said it was ready at 10:50am. I watched my order sit there on the counter until 11:20am. It was complete and in arms reach the whole time, but they wouldn't allow me to have it. Then if that's not bad enough. while this whole situation was unfolding, the lady at the register keeps ringing people up until there are so many people in the little hallway between the register and the pickup area that we were multiple people wide and nearly shoulder to shoulder like sardines in a can. She eventually stopped because there was no more room, then the register girl comes over to help give out orders, because the order girl is just spinning in circles, and arguing with customers. Then the register girl tries to give this other guy my order 3x with the guy repeatedly telling her it wasn't his with me standing there telling her that it was mine. Even the guy was telling her it was mine. It had my name on it and she was still being hesitant. Finally the register girl gives me my order and rolls her eyes at both me, and the other guy in the line for standing up for each other. Then the order girl starts trying to lie to me and say that she hadn't given it to me because she was busy. When I first walked up the girl giving out orders had just given away the last order prepared except for mine. There was no one else that had food prepared yet, and instead of giving me mine that was already sitting there on the counter, she goes and starts making other people's order. There was a man and woman that where there when i got there that watched over 5 people that ordered after them get there orders first myself included. It was very obvious by both their body language and their facial expressions that they had been standing there a while when i arrived and they were both pissed. Everyone in the line was pissed. They stood there another 30mins with me and still hadn't gotten their orders when i left. One final thing, when i got to the car i pulled my order out to double check everything and not only was it missing an entire gravy biscuit plate w/ egg added, but when i went back and told them it was missing they gave me an attitude and tried to insinuate that somehow it was my fault for being too impatient and that i must have gotten the wrong order by making them hurry and then they laughed at me. I understand that they have a lot going on, but If it takes them half an hour to hand me something sitting on the counter which is literally a 5sec task they need a new job, because that's far beyond how long a person should have to wait even in an extreme situation. They just kept telling me to wait while filling out everyone else's orders. So anyways I told them nicely that it wasn't the wrong order and made them give me the missing items, I get out to the car for the last time, to check everything once again. I pull out the bag of biscuits and the gravy biscuit plate is on the very bottom crushed, gravy coming out of the cracks everywhere, and with a couple strands of hair in it, Medium to long length, brown or black. They left me with no choice, but to throw the gravy biscuit plate away and leave because i was now 45mins late to get my family fed so that i could make it to the laundry mat in time. We have a very busy schedule and this whole big mess was both a massive inconvenience, and extremely unprofessional. There is absolutely zero doubt in my mind that both of those girls working the front today are both untrained, and uncaring. After 32yrs of this being our fav restaurant in Dalton I'm not sure we will ever be back. The owners should be ashamed.
