  Saturday morning Drive Through was totally understaffed! Orders were backed up , the cashier was running rampant with orders for people waiting in the drive Thru .. our Total wait time for 3 Breakfast Burritos was about 20 minutes!

  Amazing that you can go through the drive-thru, pay for your order at one window, receive your order at a second, see 4 employees and all REFUSE TO SPEAK. They just look at you with such disdain. This was Saturday 4/19/26 at approximately 9:45 PM. The frosties were good.

  My food was old, dry and ice cold. I thought Wendy's guaranteed fresh, hot fries?? Very dissatisfied

  I thought this was one of the better Wendy’s. When they say hard workers are good to come by I believe it now, imagine paying a damn near extra $1 for a piece of choice on a already overpriced sandwich then you get home and it’s not there 🤷🏼‍♂️ I guess flipping burgers harder then I thought.

  If i could give negative stars, i would. Went here to get lunch, the cashier didnt listen. We had torepeat our order, then, both the ketchup dispensers were out, there was way too much playing going on behind the counter, no gloves or hair nets in the cook and prep areas. Both our burgers were cold, and made wrong. The meat was not stacked, it was falling off the bun, the fries were cold and hard. We will not be back to this one. Bad management, no control over employees at all. They should have clean gloves while handling the food.
