I was on my lunch break and I ordered my food and ordered the new fries and said no tomatoes cause I am allergic to them. She never readed my order back to me. I sat at the drive thru window for 15 mins and when I got my food and got back to my job there was extra tomatoes on my fries. I couldn’t eat them cause I am allergic to them so I had to give them to a co worker. They were very slow at the drive thru.

Tell me why I put in a mobile order for two burritos. in the order i said no rice, lite sour cream, no nacho cheese sauce, and make it grilled; with a regular mtn dew zero. i got my order, the burritos are not grilled, they’re literally spilling out with rice, there’s no sour cream and my drink is a diet baja blast that tasted like soda water bc the syrup needed to be replaced. I mean come on, it’s not like i added a bunch of stuff to the order, I literally took stuff off of the burritos making it easier to make. Wild to me that these kids are making $17 an hour and yet I never get my food correct.

In a world that corporations think that kiosk is a convenience maybe you should train your staff to notice some people still use cash and won’t use the kiosk and be aware of your surroundings when someone has been standing by your cash register for 15 minutes with no greeting even after one person brought up a door dash or u er eats type of order still no greeting or anything do better maybe once you guys realize your a service industry you wouldn’t have to advertise so much for people to notice you

The food from this location is really good and they aren't stingy with the meat like some Taco Bells are. I'll stop here whenever I'm in the area.

I went into this Taco Bell last Saturday. It was around 11:30 a.m. My oldest child had to use the bathroom so we went into the bathroom. There my child went into the big stall AKA handicap because the other single stall was occupied by a Taco Bell employee. We were not in the bathroom but 2 minutes when the manager stuck her head into the bathroom and called out for the female that was in the stall. The female flushed the toilet and walked out of the bathroom. She did not wash her hands. She did not even attempt to approach the sink. Leaving the bathroom. Me and my child we went over to the kiosk. From the kiosk you can see everything that goes on behind the counter even into the manager's office. The floor is broken and pieces of it are just sitting there waiting to be tripped on. There's food and wrappers all over the place and the floor. But the main thing is is this female employee. She as see it in the picture below has on a pair of white gloves. Both of her hands are in food. But right before she put her hands in that food she went back to the manager's office, took a sip out of a personal water bottle and she wiped her face with those same gloves. Then proceeded to put her hands in food that is prepared and served to guest. We did not order anything we left. This employee all of Paulding and Dallas on Facebook were warned and she has been exposed for her disgusting ways. This is a major health code violation. There is a possibility that she washed her hands at a wash stand in the kitchen before putting the gloves on but as health code standards State all employees wash before leaving, the bathroom are required to wash their hands thoroughly and for a specific time frame before returning to the floor. It's also in the Taco Bell employee guidelines and handbook. I would give this location zero Stars if I could and I am calling the health department.
