  Heed my warning: I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding the food quality and handling standards at this Taco Bell location. I spent approximately $45 on a recent visit and was served food that was clearly not fresh. The chicken was grey in color, extremely dry, and had a hardened texture that made it difficult to chew.. consistent with food that has been sitting out far too long. Additionally, the chalupa shell was cold and stale, not warm or crisp as expected. This further suggests that items are not being prepared or held properly before serving. This is not an isolated incident. I have visited this location multiple times due to convenience, and the quality has been consistently poor. This visit, however, raised serious concerns about both quality control and basic food safety standards. Serving food in this condition reflects a significant lapse in proper handling practices. Customers should not have to question whether their food is fresh or safe to eat. I strongly recommend that management review food holding procedures, staff training, and overall quality control immediately. Based on repeated experiences, I will not be returning.

  This is the best Taco Bell in the area and no one can say otherwise. Love this location and the workers And the Food :)
