  1) ordered from a kiosk, that was kinda annoying. 2) a buncha gen-alpha kids were running around, roughhousing, being loud and stuff, disturbing. 3) took forever, placed my order at 5:03, it's 5:17and I haven't received anything cause it's busy and I'm pretty sure there's only like, 3 people in the kitchen. Hire more people, stop tiring out the few people who were on the clock. And yeah, it's taking forever, main complaint.

  The staff is over worked.. Everytime we come in there are hardly any one there.. they just are never organized the wait times are astronomical. No matter what time of day you come in .. I noticed the other day that the young lady named Crystal isn't there again.. she was always a joy to see and when she was on shift the store was clean and food was hot and quick... Not to many issues ... So sad that this is the second time she worked for them and is gone again.. that says a lot about a company when people don't stay.. she was a good one that's for sure..the store will not be the same . Service has already went down all you ever hear is employees complaining about their job

  Always clean. Food is fine. The front service counter is designed to be relatively unmanned. The design causes you to not see workers and for them to not see you. So if you want a refill you will have to lean over the counter and flag someone down. I'll keep going there from time to time.

  I don't know how many times they have messed up my orders I've just left the drive-thru got all the way home and out of all the sandwiches I ordered I got one out of three. It happens all the time and if that ain't happening the food is horrible I don't know why I keep coming back

  I’d give no stars if I could. Imagine picking out a staff from the slowest most incompetent group of humans possible. I sat at the intercom for 5 min today saying hello, after ordering I pull up to the window and at least 3-4 staff members are standing around doing nothing. The lady speaking with me (mind you there was no line or other orders) couldn’t remember my order that I just placed. Half of my order was missing. It’s the same every time, I’d rather drive the extra 15 min to go to the next location if I was t so short on time. This place either needs a complete new staff or to be shut down.
