- RTRobert TaylorJan 15, 20262.0The hiring process to be a Manager is to identify a hamburger and a Napkin. You'd be surprised at how many people fail that test. Our McDonald's never gets the orders right and the food is usually cold by the time you get to your table. Manager usually yelling at workers and the food cooking area is usually messy on counters and floor. We changed to a good clean DQ. Good food and great service.
