  I love how every time I come to this restaurant waiting for my food to finish then never tell me That my food is ready instead they leave it in the warmer while I’m sitting in front of them until I ask them why everyone else is getting their food before me

  I’m less concerned about the food and more about the impact. Opening a national chain directly beside a small, locally owned restaurant feels unnecessary and damaging to the community. Big corporations already have countless locations—our neighborhood mom-and-pop shops don’t. I’d encourage people to think about where they spend their money. I go to Birdies Wings And More or The Box right down the road before I would ever go to Wingstop.

  Do you want to have a heart attack? If so, go ahead! This was my first and last time at the this place. I ordered a crispy chicken fingers combo (fries and a drink). The food was VERY salty, cold, blue cheese sauce, and tasteless. Besides that, they didn’t have iced sweet tea. I don’t recommend it! I wish I could get my money back because it was a terrible experience. VERY disappointing!

  Order online through the app which said the order would be done in 30 minutes. After arrviving they said the order would be another 30 minutes so I went home to wait, called the store to cancel my order the employee said they couldn't cancel the order and to call corporate. When I asked the employee why it continued to take a while she hung up on me.

  We ordered online for delivery, which they apparently send out to DoorDash. It took almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time (that was already 62 minutes) to get our food. It was all soggy and ice cold when we got it. I called Wingstop and initially the manager didn’t seem like he wanted to be very helpful and kept telling me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted hot food. He got the General Manager on the phone and he quickly offered to remake our food for free ($90 order). The food was great! We just definitely won’t be ordering delivery again!
