The food was ok, not terrible but not great either. When I asked for a packet of ranch sauce in the drive through while picking up my mobile order I was advised it would be .50 more. I advised that it was ok, I’d get my own so I went by Publix and purchased a bottle of Ranch. It wasn’t the point of the .50, it was a matter of customer service. Do better! Honestly, if they are concerned over a pack of ranch their priorities are not in the right place. The dining room was empty, the parking lot was dark, an employee was sitting on the curb and the person at the drive through wasn’t very nice and I’m thinking she might have been the manager (uniform). At one point they had kids night at this same location with balloons and face painting with a full dining room. I’m wondering how it stays in business now.
