No matter how kind you are to them, they 99% of the time literally just close the window and are not friendly! Chatting among theirselves and when you have to get their attention to ask for some ketchup or that ranch dressing you needed with the biggest it’s like we just royally inconvenienced them. Need better management and/or staff asap. I won’t be back. Rather drive extra miles for better service!

Speak up and use the order numbers that are given. Employees sitting all around the dining room on their phones. What are yall doing?
