My child started screaming (she’s only one year old) so I checked her food and they gave her spicy chicken nuggets. They also left out our frosty and food from my husband’s biggie bag so naturally I went back up there. I was calm, respectful and asked the manager if she could remake the order, ( I hope YOU see this because you need to learn how to run your store better) she refused to remake the food and insisted on just giving us what we were missing. Now, with the drive home, I’ve given my husband and my daughter, who is still upset from the spice, COLD food because she refused to remake the order. All I got was cold stares, eye rolls and attitude from this establishment. I will not be returning back to this location, I’d rather drive to Hiram or quite frankly ANYWHERE else.
