    Ownership/management needs to get it together here. The team is slammed, but still trying to provide good service. How is management making sure everything is running properly? Everything experience at this location has been ridiculously long & frustrating. Management needs to prioritize supporting their team & so better service can be provided. Heard one kid say he had been there since 8am at 8pm.

    The girl working drive through pearl necklace 647 is horrible with customer service, there are people who waited over an hour after waiting this long and asking for an eta she screaming telling everyone they need to be patient because they are too busy to give an eta .. and this is order was lost.. if she did not ask for eta she would never know it was lost. Pathetic drive through girl.

    Went by the drive thru and picked up a couple combo boxes for an early dinner that I preordered on the App. The young lady at the window was very friendly and efficient. She greeted and made eye contact. They had our food ready to go fairly quickly and everything was fresh and arranged neatly in the boxes, the details make a difference. Thanks!

    Girl took my order wrong and when I told her luckily I noticed on the receipt it was way off, she sat there and said “um” “um” “um” for like 3 minutes straight… and just like stared at me..?? Um anyway after like that awkward moment she was like im gonna go get my manager, the manager was sorta nice and respectful I didn’t get a bad impression from her anyway she gave us our food we realized we were still missing a drink and she was like awkward again like I don’t want to accuse her of being under the influence but that’s genuinely what it was giving… anyway she gave me a Mountain Dew that was just sitting on the counter and I’m drinking it and it’s kinda of water down like damn I love Taco Bell what the hell
