My burrito was messed up, onions all over the paper and bag (my food didn’t even come with onions), no cheese or sauce in the burrito, I waited for 30 mins. I would have went back to fix it but after sitting there for that long, I had to go back to work. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is every single time. I don’t have these problems at any other Taco Bell, I’ll just stop coming here which sucks since it is the most convenient one near work.

I don't get how I can watch the people make the food, walk out to my car and the food is barely warm. Additionally, how y'all gonna make a crunch wrap and not grill it? Only reason they get 2 stars is because they gave me a cup for ice.
