  Are negative stars an option, if so this one would take the cake.. order is NEVER right the first time, missing food, you might get lucky on the retry. What is right is usually overcooked. It's not that they miss anything complicated, it's simple stuff.. hope your cheeseburger has cheese let alone a patty. On top of this they are slow, like unfathomably slow.. 10 minutes when it's empty, 30 if there's another car in line.. 3 cars?? Might as well drive to the one down the road. Unfortunately it doesn't get any better the further up you go.. shift leads? Useless.. Managers? not on the floor for whatever reason, or just returning. Was supposed to meet with the regional manager after my last issue with them wasn't resolved after almost a week.. told me to meet them at this location, wasn't even there. Seriously the management company just needs to cut their losses.. close the doors, sell the place, live with the 92 and cedarcrest/41 locations. Do everyone in the community a favor.

  I got 3 hot fudge sundaes with extra fudge and this is what I got. What part of this is extra fudge? 2.99$ for the sundae with regular hot fudge and a 1.39$ for extra fudge, is that not absolutely ridiculous!

  Orders are always inaccurate. Young supervisor is very combative the way he talks to his employees and also when addressing customers complaints. This morning I ordered carry out egg McMuffin and a hash brown. Inside my bad was a sausage egg biscuit; there were 2 other customers with me complaining their order was incorrect. I this location is new but this about the 5th time we visited this location and got the wrong order or missing food.

  If I could rate zero stars I would.this place can’t get an order right to save their life or perform simple quality control checks before handing out orders. Every time I’m missing something and they are so lost inside it takes 20-30 minutes of standing at the counter to get someone’s attention to help you. Employees (kids) walk past you quickly and say nothing, they aren’t being trained in customer service or any procedures that produce quality results it seems. Drive the few extra miles to Dallas Acworth Highway to the other location… this one is a lost cause. Photo of a Big Mac attached with NOTHING on the top half… that’s right… nothing.

  We ordered 2 items. A smoothie and a Diet Coke. We gave them our app code at the speaker and it was not typed in. A manager was taking our order. So a MANAGER did not type in our code, we did not get our free smoothie and we get up to the window and they do not even have Diet Coke. What a train wreck of a crew. I’ve worked in food service for 10+ years and that was pathetic.
