I had already spoken to the manager and my name was supposed to be on the list. All I wanted was something that I had already paid for. Not only that, the fries were extremely extra salty. Y'all are a joke. The only super nice one was the girl with red hair in the front window. You can literally hear everybody arguing and complaining inside. EDITED TO ADD: the rude lady at the window is literally in a picture review from a few months ago that's WILD y'all can't find a better employee !!!
