  I recently visited Johnny’s Pizza Place to pick up a to go order, and while the pizza itself was actually pretty good, the experience was completely overshadowed by the front counter staff. From the moment I walked in, the employees were unwelcoming and carried a rude, condescending attitude. They openly complained about how little tips they had made, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, one of them even commented, “I don’t even know how people are still eating after Thanksgiving,” which came across as judgmental and unnecessary. Instead of creating a friendly atmosphere, their negativity made the entire visit uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because the food deserves better representation. A good pizza can’t make up for horrible customer service. I hope management addresses this issue because the attitude at the counter is driving away what could be loyal customers.

  PLEASE get your lunch time servers some more help! Every single time I come in here I wait 2-2.5 hours to get my food ! They are working their legs off but you need more staff for lunch! There are people with jobs and a time crunch who don’t have 3 hours to eat! It’s like this every single time!
