Then, the tracker stalled, and the order never indicated it was ready. My brother called, and a young lady answered the phone, saying she didn't see the order in the system, but they'd have it ready in 15 minutes. My brother waited 20, and then he and I went to pick it up. There were at least ten people in this tiny place waiting for overdue orders! The same young lady at the desk was extremely rude when my brother asked what the issue was, and she said, "You can either wait, or we can cancel your order." Right after that, the guy making pizzas behind her yelled, "I'm not rushing any carry out orders!" Obviously, no one was getting their orders at all, and since we had already been waiting over an hour, we cancelled. No apology, no offer to make it right. NOTHING but attitude and incompetence. No one in our family will use this sorry excuse for a Dominos again.
