When the kids were almost finished eating, I went to the counter to get their cones. I waited over 5 minutes (seemed like a lifetime) without anyone acknowledging me. I made eye contact with everyone in the back, but no help. When the young girl that took our order walked out from the back toward the counter, before I could speak, she said "I'm going on break". We finally did get someone to get the kid's cone, but it took forever. It seemed to me there were way too many young employees without any supervision.
