    The manager took my drive thru order, he was very helpful & patient. The food was hot & fresh & everyone was polite

    Ok, Arbys what has happened to your food and service. This has happened twice to us and I find it completely unacceptable. We came to the Crossroads location around 11:00pm (open until midnight) we ordered online so it would be ready when we got there. My husband got there and he asked of we could have extra au jus and they said they were out (again). My husband asked if there was any in the bag and they couldn't even tell him if there was or wasnt. We had ordered 2 French Dips with extra meat to get home to NO au jus. Not one drop! This is now the second time you have been out. Not to mention the curly fries and the potato cakes were old and cold. There is no excuse you could give for this to keep happening. At this point I feel that you owe us 2 double meat French Dips for your inadequacy. It will be a while before we come back because its clear that the people that work there just dont care!!

    Best service we've had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. The Manager, Randy, has it going on and seems to love what he does! Fast, friendly service.

    Coke zero is clear fluid, regular coke labeled as a coke zero for a diabetic customer, no sauces in the bag, cold food, missing a curly fry, no receipt, management hung up on me twice. This will be the last time I spend money there. Pissed off!!!!

    Unfortunately had to leave as they had Trump on the tv screaming his face off…..never go to any Arby’s again
