  There is always a wait time. Always. No matter if you go through the drive thru or walk inside. It won’t even be that busy but it’ll take 15 minutes to get one donut.

  I’m ONLY giving this review 2 stars because the manager was actually receptive to the issues at hand, otherwise this is a 1 star review. The ladies at this location are the most unprofessional, inappropriate employees I have ever encountered. When receiving my mobile order, the girl at the window was trying to hand me my order while one of the other female coworkers came up behind her and proceeded to beg my boyfriend for a tip. When he told her no to a cash tip, that we placed a mobile order, and it is our discretion to even give a tip she then proceeded to say “you don’t want to help the poor” while on the clock making an hourly wage. She became even more pushy about a cash tip and escalated the situation to the point that made the entire interaction completely unprofessional and just outright unacceptable. Hanging out the window, over her coworkers shoulder, to continuously beg for money and proceeded to laugh and make jokes about her being “poor” after being told no multiple times to the point that we had to then contact a manager about the incredibly inappropriate behavior from this employee. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is not the first time this has happened to us and I’m sure she’s done it to many other customers. Train your employees better on customer service, it is the most basic part of working in the service industry. Do better. Worst interaction we have EVER had at any establishment with this one female employee.

  I am a daily customer and I’m concerned about your staff today. I went there today at 1: 00 and first had to wait awhile before anyone responded to the drive thru Mike. Once we did tell them the order, we had to repeat it 3 times. We went to the window and all the girls were having a good time joking with each other. So needless to say, they tried to over charge us. They fixed that and then still got the order wrong. I ordered two large frozen caramel coffees and they were not frozen but more like milk shakes. The excuse was the person is new but we know who works that shift and if they are new they should be training them the correct way! We asked for the managers number but of course they didn’t know it. Service needs to get better!

  Whoever you had on drinks today around 1pm needs to be retrained, because I've gotten drinks from this location many times, and they've NEVER been this wrong. I ordered a frozen coffee with oatmilk and mocha, and what i received is like an oatmilk slushy with a splash of coffee. also got a refresher with tea and the strawberry is so weak. isn't four pumps supposed to be standard on the app??

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, we go to this location there is something wrong with our order. I don't know whether management is just bad or what because nobody seems to be trained and they all seem like they are being forced to do community service.
