  If I could give a zero I would, Jordan has THE absolute worst attitude known to man. I went to the window to inform them on my behalf of me not speaking to the mic to let them know I had a pick up order (mobile order) she gave zero I eye contact in fact I had to acknowledge her before she even said anything to me if you don’t want to work QUIT! I spoke with Ansley and proceeded to let me know that my drinks were being made. So instead of me holding up the line I went inside to get my drinks… as I’m in there waiting I see Jordan rolling her eyes while taking an order with another customer. I proceeded to let One young lady (I didn’t get her name) and Ansley, that she didn’t need to be at the drive thru window at all her customer service is horrible. She is absolutely rude! As I’m talking to them she proceeds to say “ I didn’t even speak to you” well that’s the problem right there when working at the DRIVE THRU WINDOW acknowledging the customer is rule number 1 everyone knows that! It’s common courtesy! Hello! The store looks horrible, whole time Jordan is drinking coffee while taking order on top of that, donuts weren’t being made, I don’t understand if it’s called Dunkin’ Donuts why aren’t their any donuts just doesn’t make any sense especially if that store is in high demand.

  It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable this new location offers. Every encounter with Jordan is HORRIBLE she LACKS the basic skill of communication and has NO CLUE what customer service is! She will not greet you or give eye contact. It’s a great idea to keep her in the back or let her find a new place to work. I’ve been to this location 5 times. 4/5 I’ve had an issue and NO MANAGERS on duty. What is the point of using the app IF when you get to the store and all of your items are no longer available?!!! Someone from the store or corporate needs to contact me and refund me! Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable! I will NO LONGER purchase from this location!!!

  One of the better locations, I’ve never had a problem with my Drink like some other locations. Staff is always friendly when I go in.

  I'm writing to share some feedback about a recent drive-thru experience on 4/22/26 around 8:19 am. My order was prepared incorrectly, and while I patiently waited for the correction, I unfortunately overheard an employee, Ainsley, speaking negatively about me to coworkers. It's truly disappointing to be the subject of disparaging remarks, especially when I handled the order error with understanding. I did speak with the manager on duty about this unacceptable behavior. Customers deserve respect, and I believe Ainsley could benefit from further coaching on professional conduct and customer service. I appreciate your attention to this and hope for a better atmosphere on future visits. 😔

  horrible customer service. I always come to this place for my coffee/food etc, their isnt always sometimes a problem with my drinks. this time there is a big problem, yesterday around at like 6 pm I ordered a banana strawberry daydream refresher, I ordered it and after I drenk half of it I realized there was way too much ice and no banana cold form on top. soon I went back there later then around like 8 pm and I went inside and told this girl with blonde hair wearing a hoodie and asked if they can remake it, she didn't even act like she cared and talked dry. I had the receipt and everything and the drink wasn't even all the way gone it was still full half way. the girl then went saying they couldn't remake it because it was a hour ago, which is weird because they always do that when a drink is messed up or wrong. so I left, later then called and got accused of "you always want free stuff" which is weird once again because how would I want free stuff when they messed up my order not me, if I wanted free stuff I would have signed up for rewards. no one isn't trying to get a cheap 5 dollar drink for free. the girl even on the call refused to provide name, she then proceeded to hang up the call when asked for manager. they're very unprofessional and rude. never coming back to this dunkin donuts location ever again.
