  We love Taco Bell, but for some reason this particular store takes forever to get the food out. Thankfully we got in before the rush and it still took 20 minutes to get our small order (2 5$ boxes). There were people still waiting on food as we were finishing that ordered shortly after us. This is not a one off circumstance, it is the norm. The Bell used to be quick and easy now, time wise, it's like going to Applebee's but slower. I thought that maybe they were short staffed but with one on the drive thru and 4 working in back that didn't seem to bee the case. I must sat that the drive thru wasn't backed up, probably being prioritized over dine in customers, maybe that's their longterm goal. The Mango Blast was Awesome along with the girl at the counter.

  I didn't know they locked the lobby late at night but a cashier (Megan) offered to let me hop in her car so I could order through the drive through lmao. AND gave me a ride home thank u sm Megan 10/10 service

  Food is always cold. Makes me scared since a lot of us suffer from autoimmune issues and can't afford to be out of work if we dare get sick. Customer service is not always good and the price you pay does not equal what you get in return. Surprised this place has held as long as it has. Might turn into the next Whataburger across the street next.
