- TPTom Peters2 days ago2.0OK, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup. Only the burger came out with everything including onions, mustard, etc. I took it back in and told him it needed to be cheese and ketchup only instead of making me a new burger they just gave me the same burger again they manually took off the toppings and then just put on another piece of cheese. I could tell because the old cheese was still on the corners on the bottom and top of the burger completely disgusting because it doesn’t remove the onion or mustard smell so I had to go back in a second time and tell them what they had done then they gave me another burger made incorrectly. Had to get them to replace it again and this time they finally did a fresh burger with a fresh piece of cheese.

I'm sick of it ..I will not eat there again ever!!

We are frequently visiting this location so it’s very disappointing for us to have this encounter after many great ones. Our order was wrong, the manager could be heard from the lobby yelling at employees and complaining about customers orders.
