Went into the lobby as there was an accident pulled off the road into the parking lot. I might've been able to make the drive thru but wasn't sure. Walked in and at first there was one person working the drive thru. She walked past me a couple times but did not acknowledge me. Could be the phone she had balanced on her shoulder and having what sounded like a personal conversation while getting items for orders. Another employee walked in and after having a brief conversation with the one worker about the police activity acknowledged my presence and said she'd be right with me. She was not right with me. Appears she worked on 2 more drive thru orders before saying 'let me help this customer, he's been waiting". I was not in a particular rush but this felt very much like a "tell me you don't like lmwali in customers without saying you don't like walk in customers" situation. If you're going to be understaffed and focused on drive thru then lock the door and don't take walk in customers.

I placed an app order. It was confirmed. When I got to the drive through I was informed by the drive through cashier, Cody, that they couldn’t make my refreshers. We selected other options. I asked for a specific latte (cookie butter) and Cody said “okay”. I was then handed a Cocoa butter latte. I asked about that and was told “we’re out of cookie butter”. I then checked my food to find that 2 of my 3 breakfast sandwiches were missing ingredients and were made with the wrong cheese. I was told they were out of those ingredients too. When I expressed my desire for a refund he told me to “get it on the app”. Cody also called me rude because I was exasperated at the lack of ingredients. I did go back into the store and another guy was able to refund me and he was polite and helpful. Cody however was extremely combative in his speaking saying “it’s not our fault we ran out.” It may not be his fault directly, but his failure is to communicate fully and overall aggressive and rude attitude warrants retaining on his part. Next time, Cody, when you see an order that you’re missing 70% of the ingredients for, just cancel the order.

12/11/2025 My wife and I stop that Dunkin’ Donuts on Highway 400 in Dahlonega yesterday morning while setting out on a road trip. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant meal with coffee and potatoes. My coffee was not hot, my potatoes were so greasy that I could not eat them, micro croissant was missing half of the croissant and it had a piece of cold cheese on top of it, even the sausage was not warm. This is really pathetic. You pay good money for something and you get nothing. No service and no product. Also I have a question for corporate. Is it your policy not to give napkins to customers when they go through the drive-through. I have lived here 10 years and have never received a napkin in my bag while going through the drive-through. I have to either go back in or sit there and wait and ask somebody to please give me some napkins. When somebody is driving in their vehicle, they require napkins to wipe their fingers, especially when eating your greasy potatoes. At least have the courtesy to ask people if they require napkins if you’re trying to save money. I think I am done with Dunkin’ Donuts, I never eat the donuts anyway because they’re always stale. I guess the goal for Duncan is to get the rest of the food as stale as the donuts are.

We went there last night for a quick coffee and sweet before bedtime. It was 848 and I know ow you close at 900 but you were still.open to the public at the time. The employee made it clear that she was not happy we were there so late. We ordered our coffee and donut and she did inform me after I asked that they aren't allowed to warm them, which was fine, I could do that at my cabin. She talked so low it was hard to hear her. She them proceeded to place my donut in a bag just before dumping all the rest in a trash can. This could have been done once there were no customers. The coffee had no flavor. I told her going in that I was new to dunkin. I probably won't try it again.

Purchased a $6 deal and a pre wrapped cake. Hashbrowns were inedible. Burned and interior was without moisture. How can you screw up hashbrowns? They did. Coffee was a black coffee and BEC bagel was tough to chew. Another pitiful Dunkin experience.
