The bagel was hard as a rock, but apparently that's how them N.Y. folks like them. Coffee was awesome. Went back to the store, and they made it right with no problems. We all make mistakes, it's how we handle our errors, and they did it perfectly.

The other day I had picked up a catering order from Surcheros and accidentally dropped and spilled several containers of salsa in the middle area between the restaurants. A Dunkin employee immediately jumped into action and cleaned up the spill and was super nice about it. He deserves a raise.

Orders were taken and delivered with a smile, the restaurant was clean and the Manager, Ashley, stopped to visit with us for a bit. She heard one of my friends comment that she would work at a Dunkin just to get one of their brightly colored shirts. Ashley walked up to us moments later and gave each of us a shirt of our own! Coffee was hot, avocado toast was great. Nice to see they turned this location around!
