  How can a place so consistently bad remain in business??? Tonight was it for us. 10+ minute wait for cold burgers, rubbery meat and huge globs of mayo. They said the wait was due to nuggets. We didn't order nuggets. This is like our 5th bad experience here. We've given it a fair chance and now our coins will go elsewhere during our occasional burger cravings.

  Ordered a double, nuggets 10 pc, and a chocolate frosty and got a double with fries and the last two times by a can’t get a chocolate frosty and this makes 3, try to call and # is out of service and tried website and they don’t have this location listed. What’s up with that?? Not happy and was not given a receipt so I’m SOL

  READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE: We placed a mobile order. Ordered a Baconator and a Triple Bacon Cheeseburger, NEITHER ONE HAD ANY BACON AT ALL!!! Baconator Fries looked like VERY OLD fries! Food took 20 mins to come out after I announced my order at the drive thru. 2 other cars even got served before me!!! VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! Seeing that I am not the 1st person to have these issues, we will NOT BE BACK!!! Management needs to DO BETTER CLEARLY!!! I tried to call them to report this, but the phone number in Google is a DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBER!!!

  I normally try to give places a fair chance, but my experiences at this location recently have been very disappointing. On 2/23/26, I attempted to redeem a free Junior Bacon Cheeseburger reward through the Wendy’s app at the drive-thru. The manager scanned my app but said it wasn’t working. When I mentioned that the reward should still be valid, the interaction became unnecessarily argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering a solution, the manager responded sarcastically while canceling my order and made dismissive remarks as I was leaving the window. I want to be clear that I understand technical issues can happen with apps. My concern was the attitude and lack of professionalism, especially from someone in a management position. I did report the incident to Wendy’s customer service, and they compensated me for the inconvenience. I decided to give this location another try and went inside on a later visit, but unfortunately I witnessed something even more concerning. Someone who appeared to be a manager was handling fries with one hand while eating chicken nuggets from a box with the other hand at the same time. Seeing food being handled this way was very disturbing and raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I hope store leadership reviews both customer service expectations and food handling practices, because these experiences were disappointing.

  I've been a Wendy's fan since the 70's in Ohio, and always found them to be one of the most consistent choices. The Dacula, GA location continues to disappoint. This is the second time in a row where the food had obviously been sitting around much longer than it should have. Literally threw away the majority of the order, untouched. We won't be back. Dave would be ashamed!!!
