  Waiting line no service at all the young boy has no clue what he's doing and licks his finger while making people's food because he had chili on it The young man was the reason for a whole line backed up in drive thru because he's in the way and has no clue what he doing He reads the screen walks in a circle and waits for rhe lady to tell him what to put in the bag I get training and all but just ridiculous didn't even get to order and I shouldn't have to order from a kiosk of the store has available associates this is not McDonald's just horrible service

  In particular, there is a Hispanic man with a big belly who works at the takeout window during the evening shift; when I arrived, he completely ignored me. After I had waited five minutes, he finally opened the window—only to angrily snap at me that he was extremely busy. I found his English incredibly difficult to understand—it was roughly at the level of a first-grader. There is also a young sidekick of his, dressed in red, who is equally unpleasant. If people like this continue to work there, this store is bound to go out of business sooner or later.

  Placed a mobile order. Everything we ordered was stale and old. Horrible service. Never coming back. Waste of money.
