  I enjoy this restaurant very much. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really impressed me when I showed up 5 minutes before closing , no one sighed ,no one said we can't help you we are closing , just the same friendly smile and made my daughter's favorite smoothie without attitude. I give my highest recommendation to Tropical Smoothie Dacula GA.

  This TS is the worst. This location is close to my house, so I order often. Every time, the food is late, not hot, and they never bring it out as requested on the app. I asked why, and one of the women there pretended not to understand what I was asking. Then she said I am supposed to call and let them know I’m here because they don’t have the tablet needed to get notifications. Mind you, nowhere in the app or their 15-min parking/To Go/Pick up says that. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was not available. The worker spoke to me as if I was stupid for questioning their service and offered no apologies for their inept customer service. She said to call corporate, for which she did not know the number, or call the manager the following morning to see if she is available. It’s embarrassing the way this location is being managed. I hope Tropical Smoothie corporate sees this and takes action ASAP.

  This location is immaculate. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. The establishment is very clean. Each employee applies great care into your order to prepare it correctly. I will return multiple times within the next two weeks.
