- AFAJ FarrisMar 26, 20262.0I ordered the footlong grilled chicken with tomatoes, onions, regular mayonnaise, as well as salt and pepper. There was literally no salt, pepper, or mayonnaise on my sandwich. It tasted bland, and the lack of ingredients that I ordered on my sandwich was extremely apparent. There was barely any chicken, but plenty of tomato. The sandwich was unbalanced and tasteless. The employee in the store was sitting at a guest table while on her phone when I walked in. She did not greet me, just looked up, said nothing, and started back on her phone. I will not order from here in the morning/afternoon anymore as the night staff is way better and seems to actually have a standard of quality and service. I’m a GM in the fast food industry, and would be highly disappointed with my employees if I found out that this was the quality of service being given at my store. The employee definitely needs some coaching. Milking the clock while dishing out inaccurate orders at 10:35 in the morning is crazy.

The service to me is good they greet as you enter door my only issue with this location. Is the food bar where the meats n veggies are stored that case is .discussing need to be cleaned it was old tuna pan sitting needing to be replaced nothing. Looked appetizing. At all please. Do better mangers case should be cleaned neated up. Several times a day. There not that busy not too
