  IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR FOOD WITH HAIR IN IT, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE My husband just picked up a pizza from this establishment. After eating one slice, I went back for another and noticed hair spread throughout the pizza. This was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. I immediately called and asked to speak with the manager. An employee named Charlie answered and informed me that he was busy, asking me to hold for 1–2 minutes. After a brief hold, she returned and explained there had been a rush of orders and that the manager would call me back within 10–15 minutes. I made it clear that this situation required immediate attention due to the condition of the food. A few minutes later, Charlie called back and relayed that the manager could offer a refund or remake the pizza. At no point did the manager personally come to the phone or show any urgency or concern about the issue. Instead, he chose to continue with his work without directly addressing a serious food quality problem. When I asked whether the pizza would be remade with proper precautions, such as hair coverings, I was told that employees are not required to wear hairnets. This response was shocking and raises serious concerns about food safety standards at this establishment. Finding hair throughout my food is completely unacceptable, and the lack of direct response, accountability, and basic hygiene reassurance from management only made the situation worse. This experience was both disgusting and deeply disappointing. My husband stated that upon picking up pizza, majority of the employees had very long hair, including the manager who was preparing the pizzas. DIABOLICAL. I will be escalating this matter to corporate.

  Every time I order here they seem to never be able to cut the pizza, papa John’s do better

  This is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever ate, I order a large pizza and it was just bread with barely any cheese or toppings on it.

  My pizza was perfect! Had a minor problem w Dessert & called them to let them know so other people wouldn't have the same problem. They were super sweet & accommodating! I'll definitely be going back!
