    This location SUCKS! Do yourself a favor and go to the Loganville location. This location never answers the phone, even when you place your order online you wait 15 minutes to get it. They’re always out of blue cheese and never tell you, even when they claim to have large sized for football season they don’t have it. Service is ok. Some people care, but most are just clocking in and out. In summary, you want service and better tasting food go to another location.

    I ordered 2 large fries here and they forgot about me. At about the 20 minute mark I asked where my order was. The Hispanic woman I asked did not acknowledge me at all and just went to the back to tell another worker to make my order. After another 10 mins she brought me my order and made fun of my name purposely mispronouncing it. I asked why it took so long to make my order or why they forgot about me. Instead of apologizing she laughed in my face and walked away. This employee is very unprofessional and should be fired or talked to by management.

    This is my first experience at this location. It was awesome! Nai was not only genuine, she was sincere and understood my request and nailed it! She is definitely a keeper and an asset the this company. Oh yeah! The food was one point! Bravo 👏🏾

    This location does a great job. I have never had an issue at this place. My order is always correct and the quality is very good. Shout out to all of the workers here as they all go above and beyond with the customer service experience.

    About 15 minutes before they closed yesterday, I ordered a 10 piece traditional, 2 flavors. When I got home I had 5 pieces of one flavor and about 6 pieces of boneless wings I did not order. The next day I took the bag in which it came in with the sticker that comes on the bag with my name and the summary of the order. The young lady who took my order last night remembered me and started to fill my order of the 5 wings that I did not receive the night before. I left to get gas while they made the order and came back. When I returned the uneaten boneless wings were on the counter with the manager waiting to question me, as they stopped to refill my order. She asked what I ordered EVEN though the ticket was in her hand. I explained to her that I ordered 5 Hawaiian wings and 5 lemon pepper. Got home and only had 5 Hawaiian and about 5-6 pieces of boneless. She responds, "well these look Hawaiian". I then have to explain to her AGAIN that I did not order boneless wings NOR do I want them and pointed out the sticker on the bag clearly stated what I ordered and what we both were looking at is not what I ordered. She finally tells her team to make me boneless lemon pepper wings. AGAIN I have to tell her I DID NOT ORDER BONELESS WINGS. To insult my intelligence, with the sticker in her hand she goes, "well this says boneless". As you can see in the Pic I'm posting that I took last night, it does not. I said let me go get my phone with the full receipt. By the time I get back in the store, the manager has walked away from the counter and in the kitchen though she sees me with my phone but chooses to ignore me. So when the young lady who took my order came back to the front I showed her my phone. She asked to take it back to the manager (because at this point the manager has now ignored my existence). The manager looks at the phone, nods hey head and turn away. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect was unwarranted and unnecessary for a 5 piece traditional wing. It was a quick resolve but turned into a weird power trip from a rude manager. It's unfortunate
