I walked in and immediately saw a cashier that looked like he had no idea what he was doing. I ordered on the kiosk, and it took 20 minutes for my food to be ready even though there were only two other people waiting for food and the restaurant was empty. A man that looked like he could be the manager was not helping the situation, he was reading items off the screen one by one for the cashier to get. This took extra time because instead of saying something like, "go get two fries," he would say "go get one fry" and when the casher got the fry, he would then direct him to go get another fry. The burger was hastily slapped together (I don't know why - they had 20 minutes...) and a mess with only one piece of bacon. Before this experience, they have been very aggressive, been rude, and they have thrown my food into the bag so it was all mixed together (the burger fell apart and mixed with the fries and nuggets because they threw those in too). Overall a negative experience, I would recommend going to the Burger King, Zaxby's or McDonald's nearby. I know Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy's, would be disappointed if he saw this kind of service.
