  Curious on who is NOW running this location and seeing all these reviews. This was a regular spot for us for a while, now every single time we come here we are pulled up. Even with ZERO cars in line. We wait almost 20 minutes for food. And it’s a giant gamble on if it’s correct, hot and fresh. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to take accountability and start showing up, training and coaching this staff to be better and do better. Get out of your offices and come help out.

  2nd time I've come here and 2nd time they got my order wrong. The first time they've completely left out one of my entrees, now I tried to order their cheesy fries and got got chips and cheese.... both times I've had to wait over 10 minutes for a drive through order and there were only about 2 people ahead of me each time... not coming back.

  Me siento decepcionada con taco bell, esta es la 4 vez que voy después de las 10 de la noche y siempre dicen que no tienen sistema. Nos dicen que esperemos 10 minutos y nada . No sé si es que no les gusta atender a esa hora ?

  What a complete waste of time and money. I understand that it’s Taco Bell and your standards should be lower, but that doesn’t excuse the abysmal quality. Do me a favor and if you are asked to pull around for the drive thru, don’t. Wait until you get your food at the window. Their metrics should reflect how awful it is. My food tasted like it was tortillas filled with sour cream and maybe a bit of cheese. Good grief.

  Used to be a regular spot for me, but it has definitely fallen off in quality. It’s frustrating to place a mobile order and still be waiting 30–40 minutes later. They’ll usually ask you to park in a mobile pickup spot even when you went through the drive-thru. They used to have really good staff, but I’m not sure if they quit or were moved to another location. The food quality has gone down, and the wait times are terrible. It hurts because this location used to be one of the best, and now it’s become one of the worst.
