  Me siento decepcionada con taco bell, esta es la 4 vez que voy después de las 10 de la noche y siempre dicen que no tienen sistema. Nos dicen que esperemos 10 minutos y nada . No sé si es que no les gusta atender a esa hora ?

  This place has the worst service. You can stand at the front of the counter forever if you don’t say anything. They won’t even acknowledge you!!

  What a complete waste of time and money. I understand that it’s Taco Bell and your standards should be lower, but that doesn’t excuse the abysmal quality. Do me a favor and if you are asked to pull around for the drive thru, don’t. Wait until you get your food at the window. Their metrics should reflect how awful it is. My food tasted like it was tortillas filled with sour cream and maybe a bit of cheese. Good grief.

  Used to be a regular spot for me, but it has definitely fallen off in quality. It’s frustrating to place a mobile order and still be waiting 30–40 minutes later. They’ll usually ask you to park in a mobile pickup spot even when you went through the drive-thru. They used to have really good staff, but I’m not sure if they quit or were moved to another location. The food quality has gone down, and the wait times are terrible. It hurts because this location used to be one of the best, and now it’s become one of the worst.

  These order kiosks takes so long. The one we used locked up so we had to start our order all over again. The people working there wouldn't even come out and help us. What happened to customer service? They can take orders faster than we can useing that dumb kiosk.
