  I placed an online order around noon. I showed up and they told me they just opened, they had no food, and to cancel my order in the app.

  Place sucks… idk what’s going on here but someone needs to help them out. Staff is usually friendly but the wait times are actually insane

  We waited 15-20 minutes before asking for a refund, then we had to wait 25 extra minutes for someone to refund our order. But no one refunded us and got the order instead, they just ignored us until the order was ready. When we got our orders it was literally the worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life, they were soggy and crushed. They even tried to compensate us with one free taco coupon (which we tore up). Safe to say we’ll never go back there.

  Food was fine, normal for Taco Bell, however I shouldn’t have to park, and wait 15 minutes for my food when I went through the drive through for fast food.

  Every time I come here, I order through the app, and go to the drive through. They tell me to go to a parking space and then bring out my order with something wrong or missing, often both. This forces me to go into the store where I am ignored for 10 minutes before talking to someone, also defeating the entire purpose of a drive through. They are nice enough about fixing it but man, how hard is is to put the right things in the bag.
