Whenever I go, they never give me everything I need; I always have to check that everything is there, and sometimes I even have to go back home for the missing item. Today I went around 6:30 pm, and when I arrived, unsurprisingly, I was missing a milkshake. While my sister was eating her fries, a fly flew out, salt and all—meaning the fly was fried and even seasoned. We went back, and the guy told us it was normal because anything can fall into the fries. When we wanted to exchange it for something other than fries because, obviously, we didn't want any more fries, he said no, it wasn't possible. Terrible hygiene and awful at resolving the problem.
