  The food here is always really delicious and the staff is kind but inside it looks like a prison. It’s high key weird as hell to pick that as an aesthetic. I miss Ronald McDonald

  It does the job, always have to double check my bag though its like 50-50 on a missing non-food item.

  unnacurate information if the place is open or closed, they even leave their uber eats and doordash on when they are closed please fix this

  I've finally hit my breaking point with this location. I've been a regular customer for years, but it seems as if in the past 6 months the level of service has gone down tremendously. I get my kids breakfast here every Thursday morning on my off day, and usually bring them to the play place on my other off day. I ordered their breakfast on the app 20-25 minutes before it ends, but when i got there to pick it up right at the transition time (10:29) between breakfast and lunch the lady at the drive through said she wouldn't be able to find the order because they switched to the lunch menu. I explained to her that I ordered it on the app 20 minutes prior and her response was "you have to be here when you order it on the app". So i asked her what's the point of having the app if I have to be here when i order it and she laughed at me and said "I don't know?". I could hear her laughing at my frustration through the drive thru speaker. I work in the food industry and know that instead of laughing, maybe an apology for the inconvenience and an alternative solution would be a better way to handle this. This is my last bad experience at this location as I have had several others prior to this one, and will no longer be coming here. If you order on the app, prepare to have to wait just as long, if not longer than you would just driving up and ordering. If you have an issue, prepare for a lack of accountability on the staffs behalf. I'm local to this area and will tell everybody i know that its not worth the hassle, and just go to a different McDonalds. I hope the lady at the drive thru finds this review as funny as she found my frustration, as well as my kids disappointment.
