The fries were rubbery (old!) and the cheeseburger had been sitting for at least an hour. It was STALE. I’m done with McDonalds. Back to fresh food for me!!!

Won’t resend the food you order just a refund but have to pay the delivery fee….. this place needs to have a better team to fix inspect the order.

I got to the window and asked for her name and they stated they couldn’t give it because she was a minor. I know I’m not the only one who complained about her attitude. The manager was no better. She stated she would talk to the young lady but you can tell she was just talking. She seemed very lost and not in control. The manager, Tabitha stated “she wasn’t listening on the headset because she had a lot going on” she wasn’t wearing a headset to listen. Who knows how many other people the young lady was rude to a manager with a headset on could have caught it and addressed. Neither of them apologized. People work to hard for their money to deal with rude attitudes. I will no longer be a customer of McDonald this was the last time
