A note to the kitchen: heating veggies prior to adding them in a calzone, will eliminate the water content when a customer cuts into the calzone. It also will help the rise of dough, to create the dome effect, that traditional calzones have. When served properly, the calzone would not be flat, but rather a pocket of air inside. My plate shouldn't be flooded with water after the first cut.
