  More then 30 mins for two hotdogs is crazy. The worker are just standing around, giggling.

  I called first to place an order, when the girl answered I asked if I could place my order. The girl says I can do it in 2 minutes because it was 9:58am and they open at 10am. I said to her can’t I just place it and you can enter it in 2 minutes and she tells me no then proceeds to hang up on me. I placed my order at 10am on the app. It’s 10:14 and my order is still not ready. When I walked in at 10:07am no one was in the dining room. Two people come out and begin to make my food! Are you kidding me??? No apology! Nothing! My order was ready at 10:25am! 25 minutes after placing it. Your food is great but your customer service is horrible. Hire friendly and hardworking people. Never again will I ever come to this location. I know this store couldn’t care less and that’s ok. There are so many other choices and with amazing service.

  Really disappointed. No greeting, no hello, just, "what's your order?" While I waited for my order, ten minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, I watched as the employees finished my burger and wrapped it. At that point they realized that they didn't have any fries and so they dropped my fries while my burger sat waiting on the fries. There are four people, all young, standing around chatting. There's no reason I said have had to wait an additional five or six minutes for the fries. They're just too busy socializing and standing around talking. They aren't even busy. This is pure laziness. They would easily have seen that they needed to make some fries if they worked too busy talking and playing.

  It's a decent location with good burgers and a clean dining hall. My only complaint for this location is their ever-decreasing portion of french fries. Five Guys is known for its generous amount of fries and people knowing this, accept the outrageous $6 dollar pricing for "little" fries. Now what you get is really a "little" cup of fries, not even filled completely. This is why eating out is dying in this country. You pay $20+ for a fast food burger meal and the corporate just cuts on everything to squeeze an extra dollar out of customer.
