My recent orders were not toasted as requested, all feeling cold and tasted old, like they aren't refrigerating their food. Also, the woman who takes my order (on Sunday mornings) is ignoring details, such as how I want my coffee prepared, which is not difficult to understand when I say NO CREAM, and I have just stopped coming to this branch all together. Get a new crew or just go to another branch, like I have, where they care about retaining business, especially in this economy where the higher prices make it harder to eat out. This is not the time to chase your customers away with terrible service.

Not a single employee was in uniform, no one had hair nets on, and the whole place looked sloppy. They completely left out my pumpkin munchkins and when I asked about it, the staff was rude instead of fixing their mistake. Everyone was just rushing through without any care for the customer. After two decades of loyalty, this location really let me down
