My recent orders were not toasted as requested, all feeling cold and tasted old, like they aren't refrigerating their food. Also, the woman who takes my order (on Sunday mornings) is ignoring details, such as how I want my coffee prepared, which is not difficult to understand when I say NO CREAM, and I have just stopped coming to this branch all together. Get a new crew or just go to another branch, like I have, where they care about retaining business, especially in this economy where the higher prices make it harder to eat out. This is not the time to chase your customers away with terrible service.
