    The drive-thru is now 100% automated response so the employees don’t have to speak to you at all…and they don’t. Ridiculous.

    I tried ordering breakfast through the drive thru and their new AI order taker is incompetent. It rang up everything but what I was ordering. I drove to McDonalds where they have sense.

    The absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. So many other places over there to eat at I definitely won't be back. Make sure if you visit there before you leave that drive-thru or walk out of that store you open every biscuit and look at it to make sure it's right because three out of the last four times I've been they basically just gave me somebody else's order or gave me what they want me to have only to find out when I got home everything was wrong. When you go back up there they don't give you a gift card or anything ... about just tell you my bad. I won't be returning but just trying to give the next person a heads up.

    Now I know why there’s never anyone at this Bojangles. To start the AI ordering bot is just annoying. Then you get to the window to be greeted by rude employees who must love their job. Way overpriced for what it is. Sweet Tea tastes like it was made a week and less than half of the fries are edible. Won’t be back for a while and honestly would be surprised if this place is still in business for too much longer. Just sad…
