  This location is the only one where my order actually tastes good. I go to other local locations in Gainesville and Flowery Branch at varying times and I can say with certainty that the Dacula location just tastes better with more order accuracy. Not to mention the team are clearly experienced and service is very fast. Also I really appreciate the remodel!

  Nicole (1021865) was very rude. I ordered 10 ct munchkins ALL glaze. She gave me a 10 ct assortment instead of my order. When I tried to get her attention at the drive thru, she didn't return until 5 minutes later Literally! Cars start piling up because she never return to the window until 5min later. When she finally came I explained how I been waiting for her to help me resolve the matter with my incorrect order. She never apologized just said "Oh & asked for the assortment of donuts back" she later gave me my correct order & still no apologies were given for the incorrect orders, long wait or neglect. I hope your company reconcile this issue.

  This is by far the WORST franchise store in the area! Just once again they messed up the order made multiple things incorrectly and when asked about said items the lazy employee instead of correcting said its the LIGHTING!! WHAT!?! Instead of worrying about the look of the location how about some training on basic services. Failure every time is an owner failure.

  First off let me say the service here is pathetic. The employees should be ashamed. Most of the donut flavors you want are not available, and will they make more. No. I feel like they want me to leave so they can go back to goofing off. Do yourself a favor and drive to grocery store to get donuts and coffee. This place is scary and no one cares.
