  Abysmal experience. Extremely rude white blonde lady at the register seemed to not want to be there, very obviously, upset the whole time.

  My daughter and I came right before they closed and everyone was tired, but Natalie gave me great customer service, she was friendly and super helpful.

  honestly i don’t know why there are bad reviews but to each it’s own.. this building has only been opened since December & i’ve been here 4 times since day 1( mind you i never been to a chipotle this often before ) but each time i’ve been my food was fresh, they weren’t stingy in my bowl ( like most locations )& the atmosphere was very welcoming! i’d always return!!

  I went to this location for my first and last time last month. I’m still thinking about how upsetting this was lmao. I’ve eaten Chipotle plenty of times for years and have never been served undercooked rice. The one time I get brown rice and it was CRUNCHY. Ruined my whole meal and it went in the trash. It’s also a health hazard eating undercooked rice because you can get food poisoning. How can you undercook rice? There’s no quality control here obviously. Couldn’t go back as it was closed for the night and calling customer service/chatting did not help, they did not care and basically said no refund. 0/10, will not come here again.
