  We came for lunch around 11:30 and waited in line for about 10 minutes and when we arrived to front of the line our server allowed one of her friends to cut the long line and took her order. (Our servers name was Mrs. Tiana and she was wearing a skirt) After taking her order she just left the line for like 5 minutes so another customer behind us kindly allowed us to get in front of them to go to the other register. When Mrs. Tiana returned she seemed to blame the young server (Who’s name I couldn’t get) who was just doing her job and stayed at her post for the problem when she was just trying her best with the long line. The manager took the young server aside and talked to her but the manager didn’t see what caused the problem. Mrs. Tiana caused the issue and I hope this clears the young server of any future consequences.

  I have stopped eating at Chick-fil-A for a while due to the service degradation that one would to expect. I went in to eat which I hardly do and went to get a refill and 20 people came in at once. I was at the counter and not one person back there could perform this task since it's Chick-fil-A decision to keep the drinks back where the customer can't do it themselves. It was more important to take 20 people's order than to get the person out that was only waiting for a refill. DO BETTER

  Service is always GOOD! Honestly Chick-fil-A(s) has great service "in the bag," I've never been to a chick-fil-a that didn't deliver on service. My food could have been a little warmer, but I do understand, I had a somewhat large order. I just like hot fries and nuggets, but overall great experience.

  I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to the incredible team working there. Lucia and Chloe were both extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They greeted everyone with genuine smiles and made sure every order was handled quickly and accurately. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, but they really went above and beyond to make the visit pleasant. Manager Tasha was also fantastic and clearly runs a tight ship. You can tell she sets the tone for great service and teamwork. The restaurant was clean, the staff worked together smoothly, and everything moved efficiently even though it was busy. Huge shoutout to Lucia, Chloe, and Tasha for making the experience feel welcoming and easy. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Five stars all the way!

  I placed a breakfast order around 10:00 AM and the order sat for a while before my DoorDash driver even got to the store. Then when the driver arrived, they canceled the order saying they don’t serve breakfast anymore. If breakfast ends at 10:30, the order shouldn’t have been accepted in the first place, especially since I placed it at 10:00 AM. It was frustrating waiting that long just for it to get canceled.
